I’m so happy you’re here.
What if there were a place—a refuge—where you felt completely at home? A space where you could be entirely yourself. Your whole self, with both your light and your shadows. A place where you felt whole and complete. Where you remembered what it’s like to simply be. To feel rooted in rest. To experience a deep, undeniable sense of belonging.
And in the midst of all that—an infinite stillness would rise from within you, both vibrant and calm.

My name is Jolanda.
Thank you for giving yourself the gift of rest.
Recovering from long COVID and trauma brought me back home to my body and allowed me to truly receive the gift of rest. I’m a certified coach and Yoga Nidra teacher, and I find deep meaning in creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and held—most importantly, by themselves.
What I offer
1-on-1 Sessions
In 1-on-1 Coaching, a Private Yoga Nidra session, Co-meditation dyad, or Private Retreat we work together from a body-oriented approach. You’ll learn to feel at home in your body again, to calm and regulate yourself when times get tough. You’ll remember what it feels like to rest and to simply be.
Group Sessions
In my deeply restorative groupsessions,
both online and in-person, you will find a mixture of deep rest, mindfulness, slow movement, poetry and connection. I’m looking forward to meeting you in one of my Yoga Nidra sessions, Group Outings and Retreats!
